Okay, the reciever came from my uncle’s room (tv1) then he move out and apprently unplug his cable and stuff. So i reconnected the tv1 into the game room tv and it works but now my tv doesnt (tv2) . So how do I reconnect it back to get my cable back on to my tv?

So i have Dish network and my dad locked some channels such as HBO and other channels because adult movies play at 12 am so my dad locked the channel but during the day the best movies are on like terminator the house bunny every action movie and every comedy movie i don’t want to ask my dad for the pass code because he will not trust me please help thank you
