If you have Dish network, have you ever had a bad experience with Customer service?

If you notice on their website it says,
“Best in Customer Service”
My problem with them started on Aug. 9th and as of this email its still not resolved…Meaning they don’t want to credit my account properly..
Wondering if others have had any probs with them also.

why am I being billed for movies alledgely ordered with my dish network remote?
