the tv tuner is for my pc so I just need to know which will work with the cable running from my dish network box

We signed up for Dish network a few months prior. We had a contract, we were hooked up and everything seemed fine at first. The problem has been they keep asking us to pay but they’ve never sent us a bill. They’ve only called us like a collector and said you owe $X, pay up. It’s way more than we agreed on. We’d be more than willing to pay but we’d like to see a bill first. We want to pay. i was wondering if anyone else has had experience like this with Dish Network?
We’ve called them so many times my head is spinning. Thye keep saying pay $X. Each time we ask them to please send us a bill. each time they treat uslike freeloaders. I feel guilty or not paying, I want to pay. I just want to see want I need to pay in writing.
