How do you do this?
I have an Off-Air input jack on the backside of my receiver box and I have a 10 ft Outdoor antenna that I’ve been using for 15 years and I’ve been able to receive about 16 digital channels at about 85% signal with it through my iMac(EyeTv) and my 50” plasma TV but still haven’t been able to put that local channel on the receiver. I have used a DTV converter as well. I was able to receive digital channels bypassing the receiver but it has to be on ch. 3 or 4. If thats what it takes I might as well hook the digital straight to the coaxial of the TV and leave the receiver on the Video & Audio input but that would be such a hassle.

What I want is to have it on the satellite system itself like I have witnessed?

Now, I’m not exactly sure what it is that’s really wrong with it, but sometimes (most of the time actually) the remote won’t work, but every once in a while, if you point it right it will work, and I was just hoping that I can make it work. I’m not pointing it at the receiver because the receiver is in a different room than this particular tv, which is an APEX tv, any information you have would be very helpful.

Hi, we own a DVR but due to a recent and unfortunate event, its remote has now broken. We bought a service where we get one box, but still be able to use that box on two TV’s, in which came with two remotes that look the same (One with a green “1″ tab on the bottom of it, and another with a blue “2″ on the bottom of it) We broke the one that has the “1″ on it, which is the main control for the box. We were wondering whether we could program the “2″ remote to the DVR, which doesn’t seem to be and how to do it.
The remote version is:
