im not gonna use the monitor for hdtv just regular standard def
but i will use it for gaming

MsMusec asked: My VIP 622 DVR from Dish Network is defective. Now I have to get a new one to replace it. Is there any way to transfer my recorded video that I have on my hard drive to a computer or external hard drive, so I won’t lose it? The problem is, the dvr will not stay on longer than about 15 minutes. It just keeps rebooting. Thank you for any suggestions you may have.
